Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Advance Payment
To secure your preferred vehicle and travel dates, we require a nominal token amount in advance. This ensures your booking is 100% confirmed and the vehicle is exclusively blocked for your trip. Payments can be easily made via UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm) or Online Transfer.
2. Balance Payment
We believe in keeping things simple and transparent for our customers. The remaining balance amount can be paid comfortably during your trip. You can choose to pay the driver directly in Cash or via Online UPI.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel your booking at least 15 days prior to the travel date, your token amount is eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel your trip within 15 days of the travel date, the token amount will be non-refundable, as it compensates for blocking the vehicle and missing out on other potential bookings.
- In the rare event that Thakur Tours & Travels has to cancel the booking due to an unforeseen emergency or operational fault from our side, we will immediately issue a 100% refund of your token amount.
4. Tolls, Parking & State Taxes
Unless specifically mentioned as "Included" in your finalized itinerary during booking, all extra charges like Toll Taxes, Parking Fees, and Interstate Border Taxes will be paid extra by the customer as per actual receipts.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Customers are requested to take care of their own luggage and valuable items. Thakur Tours & Travels will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the journey.
